Refund policy


All returns must be accompanied by a Return Request Form and be returned within 14 days of receiving it.

The product must be returned in it's original unopened package with all tags intact. If the product is removed from the package the return will not be accepted.

Return shipping is not covered by unless you have been shipped the incorrect item.

If you are returning hair that has possible defects (matting, weft issues etc.) you must return the full amount of hair that was originally in the package, with it’s original packaging, tags, and a copy of your invoice.

Defective hair will be returned to Bohyme for inspection, replacement is at the full discretion of Bohyme.

Please note:

When returning hair, you must call 773-595-6889.  To request a return shipping label.  Once the shipment is received, you will be charged for the cost of the return shipping label and the cost of the shipping for the item you would like to exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to 5620 N Meade Chicago Illinois US 60646.

Returns are subject to a 3.5% merchant processing fee.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
