Refund/Exchange Policy/Form

Returns

All returns must be accompanied by a Return Request Form.  Please complete the entire form, returns with incomplete forms will be returned at your expense.

The product must be returned in its original unopened package with all tags intact. If the product is removed from the package the return will not be accepted.

All exchanges/Refunds for unopened packs of hair must be returned with 14 days of the original purchase date.  No exchanges/refunds will be accepted beyond 14 days of the original purchase date.

Return shipping is not covered by Debeeshair.com unless you have been shipped the incorrect item.  Please insure your return package, as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.

If you are returning hair that has possible defects (matting, weft issues etc.) you must return the full amount of hair that was originally in the package, with its original packaging, tags, and a copy of your invoice.  Example:  18” Hand Tied has 8 wefts, 8 wefts must be sent back.

If you are exchanging, we will call you for your credit card information for the cost of the return shipping or any cost difference for the exchange.  For security purposes please do not include your credit card information on the return form.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. 

 

Exchanges/Refunds are only made if items are returned within 14 days of the original purchase date.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

All returns for a refund to your credit card are subject to a 7% merchant processing fee.

BOHYME WILL NOT EXCHANGE HAIR THAT HAS BEEN COLOR TREATED IN ANY WAY.
